Programs gets minimized

My friend has a problem with his computer, at random times when he is using his cpu, the programs might get minimized, for example league of legends. He does not know how to fix it, does any of you know? It would be really helpfull!

its normally the antivirus flashing a quick pop up likes its cleaned something or allowing a connection

or theres a program using ALOT of CPU

No it is nothing like that, the programs bust gets minimized, nothing else.
