Gaming Program Limiter software

I need a program that will allow me to block programs from a certain time frame (or white list Sunday on a certain time, so I will be able to play a game). I've tried HomeGuard (pirated), however it didn't seem to block the game when I ran it.

Does anyone know of a alternative to HomeGuard which blocks certain programs during user-set timeframes?
(Not those ones that block PC usage in general, I still need to use the internet for research and etc.)

I really need to limit my gaming time and focus on School

I dont see the point of a program like this because in general they set a password and you could just override it.
Best bet is to delete the games or put them onto a portable HDD and give it to someone who wont give it back
until your done studying

Aha, I already thought of that possibility. Which is why my other friend is going to help me put in a password, and I do the same for him (he needs to limit his gaming time too).

It means using you're willpower (Real Life) To stop your self from playing that game.

Using a program to block a game for such a reason seems......well, kinda wrong.

If you have a professional version of windows, you can use group policy: software restriction policies to block them. Of course there are secrets you can use to bypass these but I'm not tell you them

You should create a program that blocks the hash values of all the programs you don't want to run and the only way to run such programs is a password that entering a password that is changed every 30 minutes. The only way to figure out the password is using a separate program that requires not only the time to be on Saturday but a completed scan of all your homework assignments then it will reveal that specific 30 minute password.

To everyone that's suggesting I use my own will power and have some self-control, I have tried but when it comes to gaming self-control has no say.

So does anyone else know of a good program that blocks usage of a program at set time frames?

if you are on Windows Vista/7 you can activate parental controls to block even all the session, just make a non-Admin user to use when u want to have some fun and limit the time usage to it
