GBAtemp is making me not do my homework.
Is there something to lock me out of my computer for about an hour? So I can do my homework?
No, not disconnect the Internet or disable anything - I'll be back online like that after only 5 minutes.

Do what I do. I shut my internet off and go to the bathroom with my laptop. I dont come out unless I need to or until I get my work done. If its really extreme, I suggest you actually turn off the router or have someone watch over you.

Plus I don't need to use my computer for anything. No one is going to be able to watch me for an hour. I need to lock down my computer so even I can't access it. Sheer willpower doesn't work.

Slap yourself really hard, splash yourself with water, and visualize yourself at school tomorrow without it done. If you don't wind up getting it done, when you get home tomorrow kick yourself in the nads. If you still procrastinate, insult a really huge black guy at school as punishment, and watch the magic results. If you still procrastinate after that, get a sex change, drop out of school, join a convent and become a nun.
