processor short circuit

hello everyone, I have a problem with the processor of my Nintendo Switch two capacitors are in short circuit I don't know if this is normal because normally one of the two has a very low resistance so it is normal that it beeps on the other hand the second I don't know does anyone have an idea if this is normal or not I think that the short circuit explains why my switch does not light up and remains at a consumption of 0.47 amp I can tell you attached the photos of the short circuited part in question.

Did you test the capacitors while they were still on the motherboard?
