Hacking Problems with R4i-SDHC & rxTools

Hi there,
I'm (again) having some issues with R4i-SDHC in combination with rxTools.

First, some information regarding my 3DS:
o3DS, not XL.
9.2 SysNand with downgraded TWL_FIRM and fixed,whitelist.
10.5 rxTools(latest nightly) EmuNand with downgraded TWL_FIRM and fixed whitelist too.

So, NDS Retail Cartridges work from normal SysNand, rxTools SysNand and rxTools EmuNand.
But my R4i only works in normal SysNand. Neither rxTools SysNand, nor EmuNand can run it.
Is it possible to fix this or is this a bug in rxTools?

Weirdly I had it worse previously in that no DS games official or otherwise booted from emunand unless I had the latest (maybe) twl_firm and whitelist in sysnand and emunand (see there) > https://gbatemp.net/threads/upgradi...fixes-ds-mode-in-unlinked-emunand-why.414097/
