Hardware Problems with nyko uboost. Help needed.

Earlier today i received a uboost in the mail as a replacement for the power pak i purchased.
Crazy thing is no matter how much i screw in the uboost, the screw refuses to tighten. I've tried turning the screw to both the right and the left and nothing.

Anyone else have any difficulty with the uboost as well?
I really not sure if its the uboost itself or my gamepad(hopefully not).
I find it really sad that i received two nyko products and both of them were crap.

Anyway any help would be appreciated.

Did you push it in a bit when you try to screw it in?

Looking toward the top of the gamepad you turn it clockwise. Never had a problem with it.
