Homebrew Problems with NTR/Kitkat freezing 3DS when loading game

I just hacked my new 3DS with A9LH with Luma CFW. I want to be able to stream my games to the PC so I downloaded and installed NTR, NTR boot selector and Kitkat.

I can launch a game perfectly fine and play for as long as I want, but when I have NTR activated, if I close the lid or close the game to open up another one, the 3DS freezes with the top screen just showing the animated 3DS loading screen. I have to hard reset the 3DS and start from process again to launch a new game.

This problem only occurs when running NTR 3.4. Is there any way to fix this?

It's a bug with NTR itself and the creator left the project and deleted the source code so the only thing you can do is deal with it. I get around it by loading a stock app between games (i.e camera) then select another game while holding a button and I can switch just fine. I made a YouTube video about it

That's the source code for the booter, not NTR itself. They are two different things.
