Problems with nds-card website

So I tried ordering an r4 revolution from their website and after I ordered it it went into a loading screen. Its been a very long time and its still not done loading. If I refresh, it will charge me twice. So I log on from the computer, and it says I placed 3 orders! How do I cancel them and fix this situation?

Contact NDS-Card by email and tell them you accidentally ordered three times due to their site lagging and that you want to cancel two of them.
 
Are they a reliable company, was it a simple mistake?
Yeah. They're a reliable store. The payment processor probably just lagged out, or the site hiccuped. Small stuff like that happens sometimes. They should be able to get things sorted for you.
