ROM Hack Problems with launching an edited .cia file

Hi, so I went ahead and used HackingToolKit3DS to replace the .moflex videos inside of the 'Pikmin Short Movies 3D' application, with my own converted .moflex videos. But after repacking, converting to .cia and installing though FBI, I get the error message when I try to launch it - 'This software requires an update to the latest version to proceed'. From what I know, there's no update to the Pikmin 3D Movies application, so I'm kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place with this one.

Is there anything I can do to bypass this/spoof the firmware, that will allow me to launch it? Any and all help is appreciated.
