Im trying to mod Fire emblem Fates by extracting the cia but when I want to rebuild it, it says
"The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
Creation done!"
I put the zeros when it asked to, Am I doing something wrong??

Use V9- if you want rebuild a CIA.
But the base CIA need to be decrypted in order to be extracted.

thanks, is it safe to install cia files without encrypting?

i have the same problem can i transfer all the file i extracted from toolkit v11 to v9 to finish rebuild i just need yo rebuild only
