Found this Reddit thread and it worked! Apparently it was mounted all that time in /bin already. I did try some mounting first so it might, or might not work directly.
try "fdisk -l" to see disks and partitions, find partition where you have psxitarch file then "mount /dev/sdXX /newroot" where XX is disk number and partition number, and then "resume-boot" or "exec switch_root /newroot /newroot/sbin/init"
if you dont know where is psxitarch you can try
mkdir letsee
mount /dev/sda1 letsee
ls letsee/
if file is not shown there
umount /dev/sda1
mount/dev/sda2 letsee
ls letsee/
and so on, if not sda try sdb, sdc, etc..
¡Encontré este hilo de Reddit y funcionó! Aparentemente ya estuvo montado todo ese tiempo en /bin. Intenté un poco de montaje primero, por lo que podría o no funcionar directamente.

Make sure to follow these steps carefully to make it work
1. Start payload and get to rescue shell.
Now you can get off usb (which has got bzImage and Initramfs)
2. Plug in usb with linux installed
3. Plug in keyboard and find your usb by typing fdisk -l (it can be /dev/sdb1 (depending on yous)
After finding usb type:
mount /dev/sdb1 /newroot (make sure to give some space from sdb1 with /newroot)
then : install-psxitarch.sh
and boom !, it fixed mine

better way for install linux on ps4 via usb is
1 make 50/100mb firts partition fat32 (with initramfs.cpio.gz and bzimage according to your ps4)
2 the rest of space with ext4
3 extract the whole distro on ext4.
4 insert usb on ps4 and launch 1gb payload.
tips = do not update mesa with distro repo or you broke 3d acelleration. mesa need to be patched.
The thing is that most windows programs may format the drive as extended usb, so it won't recognize it. Easeus does this. Aomei partition wizard seems to work better
