Hacking Problems downgrading to 2.1.0

I'm following Plailect's guide, currently at Part 4, section V, step 10. Lumia 5.5 and 6 don't work (they boot into black screen so I cannot do anything). I tried downgrading with Lumia 5.3.1 but I get the NFIRM error.
Then I tried downgrading with Lumia 5.4 but I get the same NFIRM error.

I'm desperate, how do I solve this?

Go here and download the firmware.bin files.
Extract the corresponding to your console model to the Luma folder on the root to the sd and delete the config.bin.
Also, rename to firmware.bin if needed.
Then you should be able to downgrade again

After downgrading you're supposed to have a black screen when trying to boot into Luma3ds, since it doesn't boot on 2.1. Just continue with the guide ( OTP Helper 1 click setup ). This will verify everything and if something is wrong it will just exit. You can boot sysnand 2.1 because there is no CFW after OTP Helper 1 click setup.

So. don't worry, just continue with a black screen on emunand. It works.

Just another fast question, I'm not at Part 5, section II, step 1. If I boot my 3DS with the SD card the screen stays black and I can't go to the browser. I did all I had to from section I.

How can I solve?

Take SD card out, turn on 3DS, put SD card back in, continue with guide.
