Hacking Problem with Wiiflow

Hello

I've been playing games off my HDD just fine, but yesterday all of a sudden, wiiflow refuses to see any games on my HDD, trying out with other hdd and even an usb pen, apparently I can only get it to work, if my usb is formated to wbfs. I wouldn't mind formating my hdd to that, if it wasn't for the problem of apparently the computer being unable to read that so my hdd would have to be for wii only

Anything I can do to get my wii to read NTFS again, as all my games are currently in an NTFS HDD.
