Homebrew Problem with tinwoo

So i have this problem when i try to install a game with tinwoo using ns-usbloader on the pc, It crashes saying "an error occurred" with the error "2168-0001 (0x2a8) and many numbers and letter.
This Is happening after i updated the firmware to 16.0.3 and i'm pretty sure i updated sigpatches and atmosphere (i maybe could be wrong).

Try using Tinleaf instead.

can i do the same thing as tinwoo by connecting the cable from the pc to the switch and installing the games without removing the sd?
