Hardware Problem with the Gamepad's left analog stick.

In any game, when going left using the left stick, the character still moves a little bit. It doesn't happen when going in any other direction and I have no idea what caused it. Help?

Like with Alcohol?
this error happends when you are moving "crazy" the stick, try to not move it like crazy.

Haven't opened it yet;
No, just slightly moving to the left is enough.
It happened after a really long hiatus of use.

Fixed it after taking away the dirt and messing arpung the stick, thanks for the idea!

I would have suggested the same thing, or blowing into the slot under the analog stick. Either that or recalibrate it if possible.
