ROM Hack Problem with the Friend List

The friend list doesn't work when I open it,does anyone know why?
I'm using Arm9 in old3ds 11.3

You need to provide more information.... A9LH is just the method used to launch hacks and is not a CFW, so i'm assuming your on Luma3DS CFW?

Is there an error message displayed when you try to launch it?

How does it behave, is it freezing your 3DS, or just crashing back to homescreen?

Are you on sysNAND or emuNAND?

I've been told sometimes you need to open MiiMaker at least once before using friends list (asuming to initialise Mii data, i'm not sure)

I am using Luma3ds on SysNAND.
When I open the program it only show a screen that say "Friend List" and doesn't charge anymore . There isn't any error

Wait it out for 5-10mins, then report back.

Had that happen to me. Leave it for 5-15 minutes. It usually just takes a long time to load the first time after hacking, then after that it works like normal
