I have recently backed up all of the files mentioned in the NH switch hacking guide, but when I try to copy the "backup" folder to PC, it says that "the wrong diskette is in the drive".

I don't know if this has to do with anything, but another notification pops up prompting me to format "drive F:" which is the second unformatted partition from step 6 in this guide:
https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/emummc/partitioning_sd/

But the thing is, the folder is located in Drive E, the main partition of the SD card.

Try using Memloader in SD MMC mode in tegrarcmgui (should be under Tools). That will let you access SD files over usb in RCM mode. Let me know if that does the trick!
