Hacking Problem with R4i 3DS RTS

My old EZ Flash Vi stopped on me all of a sudden. I thought it might just be the cart, so I got a R4i 3DS RTS Gold (says v6.1)

I set it up the best I can with the latest wood on my micro sd & everything. I can boot it up no problem but any game I try to play freezes at the initial black 'Loading' screen before the game even gets to boot up.

Does the "Format Type" & the "Format Size Adjustment" options have anything to do with it?

Type should be full/overwrite, and size adjustment should be on.

I just formatted it using that software & used those settings. It still works the same, boots up perfectly but freezes when I select a game & is stuck at the black 'Loading' screen.

What URL is on tyhe cart, where did you get wood from?

the url is www.r4ids.cn. The wood I'm sure I got from here.

You need to wood build from the cart's website.
