ROM Hack Problem with R4 SDHC and Soulsilver

Im well aware of the freezing problem whic i noticed when i was playing the jap version on my offical R4(it wasnt that bad and I lost that R4). In my R4 SDHC I put soulsilver since i played heartgold on my old R4 and it dosent work. I try to turn on the game and it just goes to a white screen and never comes on. I tried patches and everthing disabling soft reset too. Any new ideas?

update you firmware it was supossed to freeze on R4 but it still can be played

am I soppoused to use the r4i sdhc firmware with my r4sdhc. My r4 sdhc only works with the 1.34 sdhc firmware. I'll try today

from there you should be identify what is the proper firmware for your flash cart

J version with english patch, fully working for me so far, and ive beaten Elite 4 (running on latest YSmenu DSTT firmware on an old R4 clone)

I found out my r4 is an r4ultra and i got the firmware for it. It works great but sonic classic collection dosent work along with soulsilver. Mario kart works fine though. I got 1.54v firmware. I belive that thats the most recent. Is there a different firmware that should work?

Does that mean that ss/hg work without 24 events crash on your card?
EDIT: Just read again sry. 1.55 is available on the official website, it won't fix sonic and pokemon though.

There's no solution to run the (U) ROM on the R4. This is trolling. You want Pokemanzzzzz? Replace the R4, or take a trip to Best Buy to pick up the game yourself.

Dump the R4 clone and get a REAL card, like AceKard2i
