Hacking Problem with OTPHelper...

Hello,
I'm currently in the process of installing A9LH on a New Nintendo 3DS XL.
However, I am stuck at the beginning of Part 4, Section IV.
Apparently, no matter how many times or exploit methods I try, when I launch OTPHelper, it just stays at a black screen. It used to work before, and everything else still works flawlessly.

Is there anyone who can explain this, and find a solution?

Never mind... For some reason, it's currently only working once in a blue moon. Strange...
