PS1/2 Problem with OPL for PS2.

Hi guys, first time poster here.

I've been struggling the past few days with OPL on my PAL PS2. I installed the latest version unto my FreeMcBoot memory card and have been trying to run the English Patched version of Berserk: Millennium Falcon Hen Seima Senki no Shou. The game appears on my game list just fine, but when I run the game, I just get a black screen. Does anyone have a solution for this? Any and all help would be appreciated.

This might help or it might not. I dunno

When you load OPL
Hover over the game and click on game settings
Click on configure GSM
Click on Enable GSM
Click on V-Mode and change it to PAL

Save changes and try to launch the game again

You could try running it on PCSX2

To see if the ISO/Bin file is the problem

Just tried it there on PCSX2 and it works perfectly fine so the ISO isn't the issue. I've heard turning on Mode 2 and Mode 6 on OPL has fixed the issue for some people but to no avail for me. Are there any specific mode settings for running a JP game on a PAL PS2 that I'm unaware of?
