Hacking Problem with ntr 3.3

It works fine when i use the cia but when i try to launch an application. it results in this error. If it helps, i'm on o3ds, rxtools, 10.7 emunand. this just happened today, it was working fine before.

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
