It's in the alpha stages, very few people have it running.

In the first screenshot you posted, all the options for the program are able to see, though not edit.

The option you want is under View > Separate Window.

Would you happen to know why I am not able to see everything though? It's really weird. In youtube videos, I can see people pulling up the settings window and everything is there to see. I hope somebody can tell me how to fix that.

Also there is no option for separate window...

Let me rephrase. The option you want in No$Zoomer is under View > Separate Window.

Ok so I switch to no$gba and now I have a problem with the rendering...

As you can see, this room in the gym is not dark, like it is supposed to be. Why is that? Also on that route east of Celestic, the fog isn't heavy. I can only assume it's due to no$ not rendering it properly. It was good on desmume, but not here. How can I fix this? Thanks.
