Hacking Problem with nintendont and Gamecube adapter

Hello,
I got a little problem.
When I launched my injected games, like F-zero or Mario Smash Football, I can use my gamecube controller to select tv mode between 60hz or 50hz but next I can't use it anymore.
I tried to update my nintendont and download controller.zip but I got a DSI error ...
My setup : Wii u 5.5.2
Nintendont v5.481

are you saying yes to use the wiiu gamepad when launching the games?
are your gc controllers on port 1?

Is the gcn controller port accessory the official version? I know I had controller issues with a 3rd party device. Once I bought a genuine version, the issues went away.

yes you are doing it wrong, if you say yes to gamepad it will use the gamepad as player one everytime thats why youc ant use the gc controller as player one, since gamepad has priority, you either choose no on gamepad usage or walk out of range with it.
