So far a i have found 4 shorts first on the cap besides max77620A and the other 2 are from the charging port and the last on is here. I have checked m92 no shorts, video chip no shorts, cpu no shorts. Any help? Please.

The cap you pointed around max77620 has 40~90 ohm to ground on normal v1 model. Not a short.
Very first and last pin (1st & 12th)on charge port pins are ground pin, not short to concern.
The last picture you pointed to a inductor/coil has continuity between two ends. Not short unless you measure between each side and ground than that might be an issue.

Yeah i measured betweeen each side and it was shorted, now this thing got me puzzled the obvious video chip, m92 and the chip besides the charging port are all fine and no shorts there. Ordered a usb C test maybe theres a wire crossed in? Honestly i dunno anymore

Do you have a usb-multimeter? If yes, what does the amperage read?

If no, did you inspect the port under a microscope / close-up photo? Any bend pins? Did you try different chargers?
I once had a defective M92, but only 15V from original charger would not charge, 5 volts did charge. So maybe try a powerbank?

Sadly i dont have neither of those but i ordered from ali a usb c tester maybe thats gonna help me figure something out. I tried multiple chargers and original nintendo charger. I tried a colleague charger which shows how many wats are being used and it only said 5w but i dunno the amps/volts so it was kinda useless. Question when you had a defective m92 chip did you notice blown caps or some kind of indicator besides the 15v charge?

That was the strange part, all the caps were reading correct, no shorts, but no fast charge either. I pretty much shot in the wild and changed the m92 anyway.

So the problem was solved. This came in only with this info "the batery is probably dead". Little did i know the switch had installed a homebrew and without injecting payload it behaves like it wasnt charging. Long story short i tried injecting payload and behold it works.
