Hacking Problem with my RCM Loader

Hello,
I got my RCM Loader today, but got a problem.
After trying to inject with the RCM Loader, it just stays at the blue light the entire time.
I also can't read the files with my pc now.
My Switch is not patched.
I think I didn't load the files on my SD card the first time trying and after that it just stays blue.

Any Ideas how to solve this problem?

After trying to inject with the RCM Loader, it just stays at the blue light the entire time.

That usually means that the payload is not injected.
Did you upload a (primary) payload to the injector?
Did you add the jig before injecting the payload?
Did you keep down VOL- before pressing the power button?

RCM should always work, even after it maybe failed for one of the above reasons.
Just power down the switch and you can try again.
Note that the primary payload needs to match what you have copied to your SD card.
If you want to start Atmosphere, you need to use the Atmosphere primary fusee payload and the Atmosphere files on the SD card.

First at all reset the RCM loader pushing the button located at left of the micro USB connector (+ button upside) using the tip of a paper clip, the led should flash twice on the actual color.

after that you can briefly press the + button and check which folder is used to inject the payload:

LED-color  Folder name  
1 Blue     ATMOSPHERE_HEKATE
2 Green    REINX        
3 Red      SXOS          
4 Yellow   USER1_XKOS    
5 Magenta  USER2        
6 Cyan     USER3

you can cycle between folders pressing for three seconds the + button then the LED will flash three times with the next color

Then if is a original RCM loader you can download the latest firmware from https://www.xkit.xyz/support/

What shows the disk manager on windows when you connect the RCM using THE MICRO USB cable?

Okay, thanks to you, I got the RMC Loader back to normal and everythings fine with it, but know I have the problem that the menu is still not loading. Maybe the error is occurring, because of wrong files I put in the SD or in the Injector? Because of that I put a list of the files in this post. It would be very nice if someone could tell me if they are the right ones,

Injector:
ATMOSPHERE_HEKATE
payload.bin
...(everything normal after that)

SD:
atmosphere
bootloader
Nintendo

hbmenu.nro
hekate_ctcaer_5.6.0.bin

What I do:
-Insert the jig
-power off the switch
-plug the RCM Loader in
-pressing vol+ with power
-RCM Loader blue light goes on off after that
-On the switch a blackscreen the whole time

That payload.bin in your injector, is that the same as hekate_ctcaer_5.6.0.bin ?

Have you tried injecting the hekate_ctcaer_5.6.0.bin from your pc to make sure its working ?

I use the portabel version
open the program
go to setting, install driver
back to payload and click the open icon, then load hekate_ctcaer_5.6.0.bin
put your switch into rcm mode, connect it to your pc using USB cable
Now the pic in Tegra should become greem with RCM OK, then click inject payload

Or you can use TegraRCMSmash which is much easier to use as all you do is drag and drop the payload.

@Matschie Hi, yesterday I got to the support page of XKit and discover they just release a new firmware for the RCMLoader One (the white box version) explicit related to Hekate 5.5.6 payload version.

if you have that version should update the firmware, mine is older version and need no firmware update for Hekate.
