I'm trying to import a texture onto a .cgfx model (from Project Mirai DX), however, none of the programs are letting me import it successfully.
The files are not compressed.
The programs I used:
Ohana3DS Rebirth opens the file navigator to select the file I want to import, but when I try to import it, nothing changes.
I tried using the original Ohana3DS as well, but it didn't let me open the .cgfx file.
SPICA has a texture import button, but it does nothing.
EveryFileExplorer can let me import a texture, and the original texture on my screen was changed to the new one. However for some reason, it will not let me save it and it gave me an error about an operation not being implemented. I don't remember what it exactly said.
I heard that EveryFileExplorer can convert .cgfx to .obj, but I never saw an option.
I tried putting in the original .bin file and the converted .cgfx in all three programs, but they have the same result.
Importing textures on .cgfx files should definitely be possible because there are Project Mirai DX modhacks that have edited textures, however I do not know how they imported the textures successfully.
