Gaming Problem with friend request

I still don't understand. Why Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 won't work to receive friend request? It work before few years ago. But now this year, it didn't. What happen? I can see them in Microsoft website on friend list but not in my game system. My Xbox 360 is white and first Xbox 360 system come out before other two Xbox 360 come in. Any idea why it didn't work this time?

I've told you before to contact Microsoft about the problem.
Other then that, upgrade to a Xbone.

It same step as you gave me until finally it work this time for turn it off my profile then turn it off my system then turn back on and log in my account. Then boom, it appear on my friend list.

It's something on MS's end.
They won't share details about it so the only thing you can do is contact them and explain what's wrong.
Only they can help you further.
