Hi, I recently bought a New 3ds that unfortunately runs firmware 11.6, so I chose the DSiWare method to put CFW on it, from my Old 3ds.
I'm following, of course, 3dsguide, using the SUDOKU game with sudokuhax.
Everything went smoothly until point 29. , where, as said in the guide "If your game has an error about boot.nds or a white screen, then the exploit has been successful"

Problem is, that instead of that, I get this message:

"Version: v1.1 Initializing sdmmc, insert SD card if not already inserted. sdmmc init failed. Waiting for sdcard to be inserted and initialized.…"

I didn't find a lot of explainations for this issue, some people say that it might be the sd card, but I don't think so, since I've never encountered issues with it so far. I also put boot.nds on the SD card root, but no luck, still the same error. Am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to do other things with the boot.nds file?
I'd really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

Check whether the sd card is genuine etc check with ht2w -
Also have a look at this ~

Thanks a lot for answering, I did the check, and it didn't find any errors.
About the second thread, being kind of a noob, I don't understand a lot how it is related, mind explaining to me? I'm so sorry. >__<

you're already past the point of not needing that posted thread, your 3ds is hacked.

That error usually means the dsiware exploit can't find boot.nds on the sd root. (i see you tried that)
Maybe reformat the sd card with sd formatter (google it), or move everything over to a new sd card.
