Hacking Problem with cheats displayed in unreadable languages

Need to know how to make all (U) =English region games cheats displayed in the English language rather than in Japanese or some others randomly, even though I've selected the English langauge to boot my Acekard from, thanks!

Uhm, forgive me, but is that an Acekard problem or an Edge problem?

If on the Edge, perhaps changing the language settings on both the DS and the Edge cart might help. Other than that your question has lost me completely
