Hacking Problem with arm9 exception not arm 11 !!!!!

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my cfw wich by the way i am on boot9strap 1.2 and luma 8.1. When , i try to put ntr cfw for recording my 3ds . The arm9 exception always pop-up and also pop-up when i try to go to data management for uninstalling my games . I want to know why the arm9 exception pop-up but i can play my .cia games .
