Hardware problem with an internet booster

Hello
So, I bought an internet booster and received it yesterday

But this evening, my sis and mom got problem with their devices
On their smartphone, when they try to connect to the booster, it says "Failed to get IP address" or something like that
Does anyone know what happened?
How do I fix that?

reset and reconfigure, make sure you choose "repeater" instead of "AP"
