What's the exact error message?

Don't put the error message through a translator but just copy&paste it, please.

Also in case you need a translator don't use google translate but https://www.deepl.com

Try this:
Code:
wud2app common.key game.key "Call of Duty - Black Ops II (Europe) (whatever - can't see it on the screenshot so replace it).wud"
So place the .wud filename into quotation marks.

In case this won't help try:
Code:
wud2app common.key game.key "C:\Users\lolmen\Desktop\wud2app\Call of Duty - Black Ops II (Europe) (whatever - can't see it on the screenshot so replace it).wud"

Also make sure the common.key and game.key files are in place.
