Hacking Problem while downgrading to 9.2.0

Hello, I have a new 3ds xl running on 10.5 and I was using menuhax. I followed the guide https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-downgrade but something wrong must have happened, i now just get the message "please turn off your 3ds" I followed the troubleshooting guide to no avail, but i can enter safe mode. What to do now? if I upgrade my 3ds, i will be stuck with 11.2 but I don't know what else I can try...

Have you tried removing the SD Card, and then booting the system?
