Hacking Problem when load game from usb

Hi to all, i follow your guide for softmodding some like a month ago and add only cios 19, today i try to load a game froma external hd drive for the first time on my wii, i try all the loader but when try to launch a game the wii go back to system menu

maybe i dont have some files on my wii?
