Hacking Problem uninstalling CFW

Hello guys.
I just bought a new 3ds XL and it has freeshop and Luma installed.
I want to have it factory new but I have some doubts about it.

After some investigation it seams that do a restore factory setting will not do the trick because I need to get of the CFW first.
I followed this guide the guide provided by 3ds.hacks to uninstall it using GodMode9 but when I'm at the 8 point, the screen shows this message:


Sector 0x96 is not genuine.
You must have the secret_sector.bin file in the boot9strap folder first then try again.

I'm stuck here. I don't know how to continue. I been searching the web but I didn't find a good answer.

1. Why are you uninstalling it in the first place? You can factory reset with hacked 3DS no problem.
2. Here should be the secrete_sector.bin

1. What happens if I only do a factory reset. Will the hack be deleted as well?
I want my 3ds hack-less like factory settings but read that you NEED to uninstall the CFW in order to have it hack less.
Is this true?

But why do you want to uninstall the CFW? You won't gain anything...

Because I would like to have a vanilla 3ds. I'm a little afraid of bans and those sort of things.

Once you had CFW, you have the same chance of getting banned no matter if you leave the CFW on it or remove it. So it won't help you in any way. But you can go ahead if you really need to.
