Gaming Problem on downloading some videos.

Hi,

There is this site that is like youtube but since its censored in my country, I have to use pr0xy programs to access it. problem is I can't download them because in the meanwhile that its downloading, the connection with my pr9xy gets disconnected and there is no resume of course.

What would you suggest?
I thought maybe a site that supports uploading video from a URL but I couldn't find one.
