ROM Hack Problem extracting decrypted DLC

So, I'm trying to make an Undub for Fire Emblem Fates, and I am struggling to extract the DLC contents. I'm using Asia81's tool to extract contents from decrypted cias but I keep getting weird files that I don't know how to work with.

I know I properly decrypted the DLC too.
