Problem accessing tracking for my M3i Zero

I ordered an M3i Zero two days ago from ShopTemp, and I paid an extra two dollars for Hong Kong Register Air Mail, which lets you track your product. I haven't been given a tracking number, and under the status of my order, it doesn't show any tracking info. Could somebody please help? I just want to get my two dollars worth. (Pathetic, I know) Thanks.

First things first; open a ticket

Secondly, does your order status show shipped? You won't get a tracking number until it has been dispatched.

I already opened a ticket before opening this thread and my order is marked as "Completed". I'm not sure what this means.

I was just really confused about this as well. Turns out that "Completed" is not the same thing as "Shipped".

So.....I'm guessing that 'Completed' is the stage before 'Shipped', so I will still receive my tracking number. Right?

With your "your item has been shipped" e-mail you will receive your tracking/reference number, and a day or two after you will be able to track your order.

I got an email saying this, which I'm not sure what it means. Here it is. It says tracking number unavailable which isn't very promising. Please help.

Ok, thank you. That solves my issue. By the way, does anybody know about how long it would take for an M3i Zero to get to Philly from Hong Kong with Hong Kong Register Airmail? Thanks. I think it's about a week but I'm not sure.
