Hacking priiloader won't start after theme brick fix

I bought a softmoded wii with bootmii set as boot 2 and priiloader installed. Tried installing a theme on it and accidentally bricked it. I managed to fix it with a wad file through priiloader but now priiloader won't start when I hold down the reset button while booting. I just want to open it so I can change some settings

That's because you fixed it the dangerous way instead of the smart way. You should have just re-installed the default theme. Instead you re-installed the whole System Menu which deleted Priiloader. Just re-install Priiloader.
