Hacking Priiloader and preloader ?

when i use xzxero 4.2 guide
i have to install preloader 0.29 first then install 0.30 preloader over the top of it every time (not complaining)
in his updated guide version on the 26 november he has changed a few things
like priiloader in stead of preloader
what is the difference between the 2 ?
and can priiloader be installed without using 0.29 preloader first
like you have to with 0.30 preloader?
hope you can follow what i meen just re read and its looks complicated

I believe that priiloader can install now without touching the SM IOS.

priiloader has much better sdhc support than preloader .30
it also has more features, etc etc
