yes it can install on 3.4, but u should update to 4.1 or 4.2 for more system menu hacks (hell even 3.2 has more hacks than 3.4)

LIke I said before use the softmod guide and u wont have any issues with priiloader bootmii and playing games with disk .(gx_loaderi s the best for disk loading)
