Phew, got 0.29 installed again. Now my wiiflow .dol works again from preloader. Not going to try .30 anytime soon again. Barely has any interesting new features for me and only gave me trouble

It loaded jodi for me. But it is suposed to fall back to haxx if it cant find jodi. cant confirm that though.

Nothing except bug fixes and some missing event handling. I will be making the sources for this, the full installer (once completed), nand booting binary and full instructions on how to bind the two available later this week, so don't feel like you're missing out! Crediar was just exercising his rights and I respect that. Devs in the php community tread on my stuff all the time, as i do theirs during test phases. Occasionally (me included) we get annoyed about it.

That explains my almost brick. I just assumed the nandloader was one of the other .app files like on channels.

I installed this and it works for me. All I really use Pre-loader for is the Hacks and partial brick protection. It loads to Bootmii IOS, Homebrew, and System Menu nicely. Nice White background too ! hehe

Can't wait for your next release. A+ Effort .

I have been wondering what coder would step up to the plate on pre-loader since it does not interest Crediar anymore (for whatever reason). phpgeek has hit a home run!!!

Confirmed! It works! if JOBI found, load that first, if JOBI not found but HAXX is, load that.

Wow crediar doesn't release some source code for Sneek and yet he minds this?? Can you release the source though lol??

And crediar is a great coder though so who cares.

Unfortunately, I seem to be experiencing a bug though. I know the program is still in the testing phase, but I'd figure that I'd let you know, since I don't think anyone else has reported it yet.

At first, Preloader 0.30 worked great for me, but now my Wii crashes (shuts down) upon boot.

I've found that the bug is a problem with the "Shutdown to: " option as if I set this to preloader, it goes to preloader instead of crashing.

My guess is that preloader is assuming that my Wii is returning to preloader, rather than booting to preloader. Perhaps this problem could be linked to the new settings file or something? I've tried resaving all of the settings, but still, no dice.

Just throwing this out there. Hopefully you can fix whatever's causing it by the time you release the source

By the way, is anyone else experiencing this problem? I think I started to experience it after I saved my settings through 0.30....

I haven't had time to build a full installer yet, as I have been busy fixing bugs, removing obsolete code and adding vital missing event handling to the v0.30 source. Until I finish the full installer, this tool will update any previous version of preloader to 0.30.

I would please ask users with BootMii installed to boot2 and a full nand backup to "proof" this tool and post the result here. I do not recommend any other user to make a decision about using this app until enough "safe" installs have been reported. This tool comes without any warranties and I accept no liability if you turn your wii into a paper weight with it. I have tested this tool with 100% success on 11 wii's to date. Hopefully you will have no issues with it!

Still it was great work. I downgraded atm to .29 because of the lack of a HAXX autoboot, they should really have the option for both. Wonder if they could code that??
