Holy crap, i wouldn't even call the second pic a wii anymore,
Glad he is finally got it fixed though

He he he, I've been able to unensamble totally my WiineaPig like that, it is kind of a crime to pay $280+tax cdn, for so little inside, it is only the motherboard and the drive with his board, the rest is fan and led's

It's nice to see someone doing the code injection!

But beware, last time I checked using that with preloader prevented me to open my sd saves... Though can't test the ios 249 stuff...

ps: hmm, it can be an issue with the libraries in my devkitpro installation too... since menu loader did the same thing on a non preloader
installed system.... can you compile the last one I uploaded and share with us?

yes Wiicrazy and src
menupatcher

Dude you totally misunderstood my post... I suspect my dev environment to be problematic... so could you compile this (http://www.tepetaklak.com/data/menu_loader_recovery.rar) or anyone? By the way what libogc and libfat are you using? Those distributed with the latest devkitpro? or the one taken from hackmii git?

ps: could someone translate this into spanish?

Thanks alot man!

Iron mask you need to put that in the installation guide cause like most people thats all read, little did I know, the code was above the installation guide.

Phratt... it's been on the 1st post since the day it was posted bro... You just overlooked it I am assuming....

ah..hell I'll take a hit for the team too! I forgot to tell you guys earlier that he fixed his Wii... I was out scoring another bag... haha

Hey says he can't find the bug in disabling/enabling hacks.. and he says he has 44 hacks he toggles through... and I tested mine as well...and can't find the bug as well...

I asked him about the ..dol fix....he didnt answer!

ok to compile your src

Couldn't it be possible to autoboot a Anyregion changer, and just select which region you want every time you boot your wii?

WiiCrazy I compiled but as you know I'm no coder so maybe it is not right done, but hell it gave me a .dol and .elf so it may be right, right..?? >HERE

jajaj it's good

Well I PM Aquilino and we both compiled it right and both code dumps if launching thru preloader, so we'll need to use poclauncher and insert your MLRecovery into a channel WiiCrazy..!!

The Wii Menu code I got this evening looks pretty interesting. The Recovery2 channel that is. I found that it is now using sysmenu.dol instead of ntsc.dol. I have all 3 of ntsc.dol, sysmenu.dol and systemmenu.dol in root of SD. The concept I love. Channel Menu needs fixed. The patches seemed a bit sketchy. I need to do more testing after removing all starfall/preloader patches. But at least the menu patcher loads and executes the way it is supposed to. IronMask, if you are talking about the same in previous message it's prolly because you need sysmenu.dol in your root.

On that menu loader recovery one I changed the naming to prevent confusion... it was ntsc.dol before now loads sysmenu.dol... only filename changed...

not a release towards region free through disc channel.... I added Recovery menu & Diagnostic Disc Check & Update Blocker(only for pal) patches....

mainly the feature here is,

preloader -> poc launcher -> menu loader recovery which you can use it to autoboot games pressing 2 on wiimote... or homebrew discs patched to ios 249 on a non chipped wii...

really no improvement in the region free issue... only tested on a pal wii, so be careful as to not update your wii through recovery mode on a ntsc machine...
