Hacking Preloader 0.30?

Does anyone have an Approx. date of release for Preloader 0.30?
I ask as I believe my version is buggy, the installed file keeps giving me a code dump yet it works with the HBC, and I've tried multiple files.

It's meant to take the place of the Twilight Hack.
