sorry but in my abouve post i said thanks gamekool i mistook it as gamezway i orderded mine from gamezway and got it working 2day i got it 2 days ago i live in new york

Dude you live in NY? Me too I ordered mines on the 8th, what time did you receive the package? I usually get my mail from 11 to 1, so I hope ima get it today also since were both in NY. Its 10 32 in the A.M. right now btw

I'm starting to doubt gamekool, my brotehr orderd mine and he just told me they havent sent him any notoice despite the site saying all pre-orders shipped on the 16 IIRC.

Well for starters if you knew anything about customer service then 3 e-mails in one day won't get you an answer any faster, it will more than likely just be annoying. These aren't huge corporations like Best Buy or Amazon. I'm assuming there's 1-3 people answering e-mails, probably 1 person works per day. You need to be patient, I waited a while but I got an answer from Gamezway regarding my order. Now it's shipped and I'm tracking it.

Good things come to those who wait.

I've been patient, I've sent them an email all in nice fashion, not raged up like it seems here. I sent to of them thursday, O only got an answer about a week BEFORE, they were answering the emails i sent, it was just a conversation back and fourth for like 3 days, and afterwards, when the item ships, they dont wanna answer my email, all I'm asking from them is for a tracking number, yea patience is the key but come on what the heck

? I'm supposed to atleast have my tracking number after 24 hours, and still not even an email saying somehting like "we're working on it". As a paying customer i atleast want a tracking number to see what is going on with my item.

I agree, though it is the weekend, so they might not answer you before Monday.

It's unfortunate, I was hoping to receive mine by last Friday though it seems that I'll have to wait until next week. Once it's shipped it's really out of their hands.
