I just wanted to ask if ppsspp is good with sx os 3.11 .Latest version freezes when i try to start a game.Maybe an older version would be better?

I get audio crackling when I play a game. The game runs just fine at full speed but I cannot fix this audio crackling no matter what I do with the settings.

If you get audio crackling, mostly it means the game doesn't run full speed (even if it seems so to you) and you need to overclock. The game can run at like 90-95% speed, so it would seem to your eye like it runs absolutely fine, but you will still have audio crackling issues here and there.

I have the framerate displayed and it's always at 30fps with no dips. Changing to a higher audio latency does help but doesn't remedy the problem

This emulator is awesome! Though I wish that, in addition to CWCheats, it would also accept NitePR/TempAR codes as well. Just a suggestion if it hasn't been raised yet.

you still didn't clarify if you tried overclocking or not...if it doesn't help, guess your only option is to try your rom somewhere else like in RA core/Lakka/Android.

I've been working on getting a texture pack to load without stuttering, finally I got the texture pack into this alternate .zim format, but I can't get it to load. Are there build instructions somewhere for this?

This is in the original post, but I don't see any other way to launch the HB aside from getting out of applet mode (R and load a title to get into HB menu) then selecting the PPSSPP emulator. Am I "doing it wrong"? (Or do they just mean "don't go in to the ALBUM area using the ALBUM button, use the R button method on a title instead?)

Also, I have an issue with crashing once I've finished a race on ridge racer and am returning to the ingame menu, always kicks me out. Any ideas why this would be the case? (dump is perfect, finished it on my actual psp)

also i've tried a bunch of different build/version of this emulator and the best results I've had was from the official ppsspp.org website

yup, for sure, I always get my ppsspp direct from the source

Uhm, those files were last modified in 2020, I doubt they are the up-to-date...

has anyone gotten final fantasy 2 to work at fullspeed?? during battle and in buildings the game runs at 60 but in town/overworld the game fps drops to 30-40 fps.

Hello I’m trying to play Oreimo Disc 1 on the app but no matter how many times I try the game gets stuck on the loading screen. Disc 2 works fine but Disc 1 refuses to Work, I’ve downloaded the rom from three different sites, deleted the rom from my sd card and copied it back 4x times. Rebooted switch, nothing works. Can anyone test the Oreimo Disc 1 English patched ISO and see if they experience the same issue? It’s baffling because the Rom works on my ps vita and my PC...
