ROM Hack Powersaves or save editing for DS games?

I'm sorry if the title mislead anybody...
I want to know if there's a way to dump & edit & inject for DS game saves using a tool that requires the Action Replay Transfer Dock or just by using spider hacks?
I want to edit my DS saves...

I want a copy of r4i save app thing... Do you think you can get me a copy from a place you know..? I searched and searched, but I can't find a download link...
