Gaming Power LED broke off...

I dropped my psp today and the power LED broke. I tried with tweezers and sticky tape to attach it back on but it still won't light green. Now my psp will shut off unexpectatedly when i'm playing a game and have low battery. Is there any hope fixing it? If there isn't is there a plugin that informs me when my battery is low?

Or while playing, after every 30mins or so, press HOME, it shows the battery life there -_-
Now if its a 1k, idk.
