Yes. Search for the character values in the range around of the european address.

So 00000004 Should be Mario in all regions? So i'll search for that bit once its finished I'll switch my character to luigi and refine the search for his address.

Suzaku Castle Stage
first stage values starts at 1096FC00-0000101 and just adding 101 in heximal to every stage will bring the next stage but after 1096FC00-0002f2f for example 1096fc00-00003030 there is no other chooseable stage it shows me " random stage "
maybe u can help me

You should be able to find it by incrementing the value but if not, I don't know either.

I've just got MK8 back through the post this morning how do I change the item modifier. I'm not sure about the codes entering them work?:-
Mario Kart 8
Current Item Modifier [Mr. Mysterio]

I could do that with another dump. just tell me how many pikmins of each color you have in the onion (best would be having none outside the onion to avoid possible confusion)
best would be if there are hooked numbers like 1365
